Cancellation & Refund Policy

At BuildwithNCS, we value our clients and aim to deliver high-quality services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our digital solutions, design services, and marketing packages.

1. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting our support team at buildwithncs@gmail.com.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the project or service reaches the final delivery stage.

  • Once the service has been completed and delivered, cancellation will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are considered only if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase and before the service execution has started.

  • If significant resources, time, or third-party tools have already been used, only a partial refund (if applicable) will be issued.

  • No refunds will be processed for:

    • Completed services

    • Customized projects already delivered

    • Delays caused by client in providing information, content, or approvals

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain registrations and hosting services

  • Third-party software or plugin costs

  • Graphic design once files are delivered

  • Paid marketing campaigns already executed

4. Rescheduling or Adjustments

If you wish to reschedule or adjust your service/project, please reach out to our team. We may offer alternate solutions instead of cancellation.

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

  • BuildwithNCS is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party services.
