Cancellation & Refund Policy
At BuildwithNCS, we value our clients and aim to deliver high-quality services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our digital solutions, design services, and marketing packages.
1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting our support team at buildwithncs@gmail.com.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the project or service reaches the final delivery stage.
Once the service has been completed and delivered, cancellation will not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered only if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase and before the service execution has started.
If significant resources, time, or third-party tools have already been used, only a partial refund (if applicable) will be issued.
No refunds will be processed for:
Completed services
Customized projects already delivered
Delays caused by client in providing information, content, or approvals
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
Domain registrations and hosting services
Third-party software or plugin costs
Graphic design once files are delivered
Paid marketing campaigns already executed
4. Rescheduling or Adjustments
If you wish to reschedule or adjust your service/project, please reach out to our team. We may offer alternate solutions instead of cancellation.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
BuildwithNCS is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party services.
